Dave was the Founder and President of Retail Media Link (RML), a retail marketing company. In February, 2006 Mediaedge:cia acquired Retail Media Link whose expertise, databases and technology will be the cornerstone of MEC Retail's new offering.
Prior to founding Retail Media Link, Inc., Dave was a Vice President at Y&R Advertising and led integrated marketing for key Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Clients. For the past 10+ years, in various positions, Dave has partnered with CPGs and major retailers to develop integrated marketing plans that build brands, generate consumer excitement, activate shoppers, enhance retailer/supplier relationships and drive sales growth. Dave's background in retail marketing started at a very early age because he grew up working in his family's food brokerage business in upstate New York. At 16 years old, Dave was calling on retailers, packing out product, building in-store displays and developing innovative in-store merchandising programs. Since those early days, Dave has served in leadership positions at Advantage Sales and Marketing, ABC Radio Networks and The Marketing Group (category management consultants). His strong experience in brand marketing, advertising, promotions, customer marketing, category management and in-store merchandising allow him to understand clients' business challenges and provide integrated solutions. Dave received his BA from the University of Michigan and his MBA from Columbia Business School. He is married, has a 2-year old son, Ben, and lives in Westchester. |

Ann works with multiple Retail Media Link clients to assist them with leveraging several proprietary products and all the planning, implementation and evaluation resources RML has to offer.
Ann comes to Retail Media Link having most recently worked with clients to develop local store level programs. She also has spent time in the sports and entertainment field, developing promotions that leveraged properties on behalf of her clients. The breadth of her experience comes from her 10 years at J. Brown in which she managed the Customer Marketing agency support for many key clients such as FTD, Fort James, Nabisco/Kraft Foods, Dannon and Irving. Her expertise spans the spectrum of customer-specific initiatives like menu marketing, co-equity media and top customer planning & programming. She is fluent as well in the promotion tactics of co-op, value-added, internet and FSI media, frequent shopper targeting, in-store merchandising, and partner & property promotions. Ann began her career at Miles, selling to major retailers. Over several years she held the positions of Key Account Representative, District Retail Manager, District Sales Manager, and Manager Field Marketing Support. Her career path includes Eastern Division Trade Marketing Manager for the The Dial Corp, as well as Trade Promotion Manager of Dixie Brands for James River. Ann enjoys her free time spending it with her husband, children, and pets in the eclectic town of Nyack, NY. She also enjoys running and volunteer work with the local school, her church, and community. |

Sherif manages daily operations for MEC Retail as well as the development of the proprietary business tool called Retail Media Link.
Prior to joining Retail Media Link, Sherif was responsible for building a custom marketing offer engine based on consumer behavior and logic for Tranzact, a customer acquisition company. He also coordinated several web projects and worked with brands such as AIG, NASCAR, and Alltel. Sherif was also a Brand Manager at Nail Communications, a sought after creative shop in up and coming, Providence, RI. He managed the premium flour brand, King Arthur Flour and regionally famous New England meat and deli client, Kayem Foods; including their Al Fresco, Brat, and Kayem brands. Early on, Sherif provided new business support and development at J. Winsper & Co., a full service ad agency servicing C-suite brands including Maserati, Hawker Aircrafts, Inglesina, Cannondale, and Timberland Pro. He received a BS in Marketing Communications from Johnson & Wales University, including two concentrations; Leadership and Sales & Meeting Management. Sherif enjoys hiking with his weimaraner, Winter. He resides in New York City. |

Andrew is responsible for select client accounts as well as the coordination of Retail Audit Check’s (RACk Study’s) and oversees the evaluation of third party Retail Media Network’s ROI measurements.
After interning with WPP creative agency, Young & Rubicam, Andrew joined the MEC Retail team as an intern in January 2007, focusing on competitive tracking capabilities of Retail Media Link and general account management. Andrew graduated with a BA in Journalism and a double minor in History and German Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University in May 2007. Born in Hamburg, Germany, the seed of Andrew’s travel interest was planted from day one, and his international background stems from attending international schools in Germany, England and Australia. He currently resides in Darien, CT, but plans to move to the “international melting pot,” New York City in the coming months. |

Rod’s primary focus at Retail Media Link is managing a number of client accounts as well as contributing smart ideas to the overall development of multiple products and services for Retail Media Link.
Rod interned with Retail Media Link in the summer of 2006 and the winter of 2007 before recently joining the team full-time. Graduating from the University of Delaware where he received his BS in Marketing and a minor in International Business from the Alfred Lerner School of Business & Economics, he has a infatuation for the Blue Hen. He currently resides in the suburbs of New Jersey, but hopes to move closer to or into Manhattan sometime in the near future. He adores his train commute. |

Kevin operates as a Retail Marketing Analyst evaluating many Retail Media Networks as well as Retailers across all channels of trade, as well as assisting in the management of select client accounts for Retail Media Link.
Kevin was introduced to Retail Media Link when he moved to Manhattan for a short stint to complete his internship / training with the RML team. Kevin graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Journalism in the field of Advertising as well as a minor in Speech Communications. Kevin’s studies were impressive and broad enough to include Creative Strategy, Graphic Design, Media Planning, and Campaign Development. He also has valuable retail experience through his employment with Macy’s department stores that spanned over several years reaching top sales goals in his division. Kevin currently resides in New York City, but frequently takes short trips home to visit friends and family in Atlanta, the home of the greatest professional sports organization in the world, the Atlanta Braves! – to Kevin of course. |
